Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington to host ICCE Global Coach Conference 2027

Sport New Zealand Ihi Aotearoa, in partnership with Tourism New Zealand, Business Events Wellington and the International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE), is proud to announce that Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington will host the 16th ICCE Global Coach Conference in 2027. 

This globally significant event will bring together coach developers, researchers and sport leaders from around the world to explore inclusive, values-based coaching and share ideas shaping the future of sport development. It’s the first time the conference will be held in Oceania since 1999 — and it’s happening right here in Aotearoa.
